ATLANTA, GA - Coffee Shop Startup Concept - LGBT+-friendly, Fresh-Roasted Beans, & Attendance at Local Farmers Markets

#Grind Café is a coffee shop concept that has something for everybody. Planning to offer locally-roasted beans in a coffee shop space where beans can be purchased as well as espresso drinks and pour-over coffees, the Kickstarter is running until mid-October. The shop will also be open for the night owls!

Why LGBT+-friendly and late-night?

There’s been speech in the online community about how there are few LGBT+ safe spaces open a little later at night that are not club environments. #Grind will not offer alcohol - just coffee, tea, snacks, and the like. It’ll be safe for all people to chill out, work, and study.

Why fresh-roasted beans on-site?

They just taste better! Anybody who loves fresh, flavorful coffee will appreciate the effort. It’s also just awesome to actually see the roasters in action. There will also be coffee education classes offered at the shop.

#Grind Cafe & Roastery - A Late-night, LGBTQ+-friendly Café in metro-Atlanta

Hello everyone on Tumblr! Today, the #Grind Café Kickstarter project has just launched. It’s running for $25,000, and focuses on bringing fresh-roasted beans to the metro-Atlanta area, and providing a safe space for LGBTQ+ folks to hang out. It’s a welcome environment for all people to come in and chill, grab a great cup of coffee, and hang out with local baristas.

Sharing this project with tons of people will bring it to life!
