I grilled steaks, and they were perfect. Absolutely perfect.
Flipping every two minutes 2 minutes, then every four minutes until they came to temp.
Lobster mac courtesy of Sam's club. It's good. The mac could use a touch more flavor but, overall, not a bad buy at $16, fed three people with a lot leftover. The lobster was alright, but there sure was a lot of it. Which is what got me to buy it.
