With this homemade veggie pizza, you can enjoy a gluten-free take on a classic favorite. This pizza is made with gfJules gluten-free pizza crust mix and has a very crispy gluten-free crust. It has lots of colorful vegetables and gooey cheese. No matter what kind of diet restrictions someone has, this dish is sure to please everyone!
Ingredients: 1 packet of gfJules gluten-free pizza crust mix. 1 1/4 cups warm water. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp sugar. 1 tsp salt. 1 cup gluten-free pizza sauce. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers assorted colors. 1/2 cup sliced red onion. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. Put the gfJules gluten-free pizza crust mix, warm water, olive oil, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Mix until the dough is smooth. Put the dough in a bowl and turn it over. Wait 10 minutes. On a piece of parchment paper, roll out the pizza dough into the shape and thickness you want for your pizza. Cover the pizza dough with the gluten-free pizza sauce. Add the mozzarella cheese shreds on top of the sauce. On top of the cheese, put the sliced black olives, bell peppers, red onion, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. Place the pizza on a baking sheet or pizza stone after removing it from the parchment paper. It should be baked in a hot oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned. Take the pizza out of the oven and give it some time to cool down. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves. Cut up your tasty gluten-free veggie pizza and enjoy it!
