Final body check before hitting 2018. Need to up gains, especially after losing a fair bit of muscle and size during the trip. Can be quite frustrating when the hotel gyms don't have the necessary or sufficient equipment to enable you to optimise your workouts and you got to settle for bodyweight exercises. Will be continuing the #Kinobody #GreekGodProgram but with some suggested modifications. Biggest challenge is increasing the macros. To eat more and to find opportunities to eat more can be a task. Remaining consistent amidst other increasing commitments is yet another challenge. But we all try don't we. Need to try harder in 2018. Here's to a better body and lesser injuries in the new year.
