What an absolute belting day @great_run #greatnorthrun 2019 with my mates Dave, @berry2003, @christian.cb_, Noa, @elle_jw13, @strax_runs, @teamfurzer, Laura, Julie, @gemma_hancock and Drew. 🏃‍♂️ The buzz and adrenaline on that start line is like nothing else, with https://youtu.be/Brl7WmHDG-E Clubber to Death belting out the build up the hairs on the back of my neck was definitely tingling, you can't help but get off to a flying start ! 🏃‍♂️ Managed to somehow keep it up too achieving my Half #PB ar 01:53:44 and smashing my Sub 2hr goal ! 🏃‍♂️ Big thanks to Ellé, Noa, Jamie and Howard for making the trip up to support us and to Emma for putting up with me, fuelling me all day Saturday and having me creep out for that 4am start !
