Luck and Judgement

Eva and Dan and their private business – and their private relationship – are both on and off and full of arguments. And neither is all that successful. And yet they have an apprentice, Mark, who has a lot to learn and in this book, he learns a lot. And maybe he shouldn’t have.

This story is tight and compelling – well written – and with business dirty dealings a core case, the PIs struggle to work out just who used NLP on whom and what the result really was.

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy which has been debunked due to a lack of scientific evidence and its use of an outdated model of the brain works,  and yet its practitioners still claim that through the appropriate use of language you can achieve goals and model/change behaviour. And influence others and their behaviour.
