Eva and Dan and their private business โ and their private relationship โ are both on and off and full of arguments. And neither is all that successful. And yet they have an apprentice, Mark, who has a lot to learn and in this book, he learns a lot. And maybe he shouldnโt have.
This story is tight and compellingย โ well written โ and with business dirty dealings a core case, the PIs struggle to work out just who used NLP on whom and what the result really was.
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy which has been debunked due to a lack of scientific evidence and its use of an outdated model of the brain works, ย and yet its practitioners still claim that through the appropriate use of language you can achieve goals and model/change behaviour. And influence others and their behaviour.
And this use of discredited practice is why I have downgraded it.
