The Great Backyard Bird Count is ON! Sadly, it's a rainy weekend here. So during my 1st 60-minute yard session, I didn’t see all the usual suspects. But by paying such close attention, I saw someone new: a single American Robin. (It's not my "best" photo of today's backyard session, but that one happens to be another House Finch, a bird I had just featured.)
