"Poor Hieronymus Lex.  He either gets flack or not enough love, but he’s not so bad.  Just the other day I was finishing up the Ultimate Heist when the sweetest thing ever happened to me in a game.  During the part where the Gray Fox revealed his true identity, Lex walked in.  Instead of continuing his patrol, he stood there and witnessed not just Corvus being reunited with his wife, but me being named the Master of the Thieves Guild and the Gray Fox.  Even after the encounter ended, Lex just stood there for a few moments before resuming his patrol.  Later on, I ran into him again.  When talking to Lex, he said that “when I speak to you- a noble citizen of the Empire-  it reminds me what I’m fighting for,” and when I said goodbye, he told me that if I ever ran into trouble, then go find him.  I then proceeded to lead him on a fifteen minute chase around Anvil with the Cowl on.  Even though I love Lucien and Vicente, Hieronymus Lex will forever have a special place in my heart, as well as my Oblivion incarnation’s heart."
