Within each design I try to include regional influences. Anvil’s plates take from Hammerfell armor shape language- as does Bruma with Skyrim. If they are not a border town I try to include either Colovian or Nibenay traits within the armor based off of where if the town is and what aesthetics the town and its insignia holds.

I also craft imperial legion issued weapons for these guys- since if you’re part of the Imperial Legion in some capacity- you’re most likely going to have special weapons- and not the same one Joe Breton The Adventurer has.

These armors are lighter and more decorative than normal armors that may be more protective- because let’s be real what battles is a city guard fighting. Being a city guard is moreso a prestige than a warrior’s mark- so I think having their armors be more decorative makes a bit of sense. (Bruma’s is more practical, though- since it’s cold up there!)

Since I have made these I have changed some things- so eventually I plan on making more finalized concepts. However, due to my current life situations finding time to do more substantial work like this is hard to get around to- so please bear with me!
