my back hurts #grandma
Do I wanna go see Bohemian Rhapsody or do I wanna go the fuck to sleep?
So I'm due to fly back to Las Vegas tonight, so my grandma decided to take me to San Francisco and yet when we were going to some Chinese restaurant that my uncle really happens to like, she decided to drive on Turk St., where we ended up in a small car accident, to which she ended up saying racist comments about some guy “being Chinese” and when he apologized to both of us and I told him not to worry about it and to just try to be more careful in the future, to which my grandma wasn't happy about it; she tried to guilt me and even said “I thought I told you to be quiet and sit inside the car!”
Like WTFF? I was just doing my job! The job that your son didn't need to give to me! Then my uncle came by foot and informed us that Turk St. had the worst intersection prior to driving us back to his shop with said guy coming with us with his own car. Afterwards, he offered to fix both cars while letting us use my grandma's old car (which I plan to have for myself someday when I can, if ever, learn to drive)...and yet it didn't end there; we still drove to Jiangnin Cuisine (yes, this abovementioned restaurant) where we had lunch; when I was about to get the Starbucks mocha drink, my grandma ended up confusing me and thus, embarrassing me in front of the whole restaurant and was kinda rude to the guy who works there (fucking old people!) all the while offering to pay for that drink for me (which was nice).
If I were a restauranteur, I would open a restaurant that's just for millennials and, therefore, hang signs such as “Millennials Only!” and “No Old People Allowed!” on the door and windows, respectively.
Taking a break from writing to do a spot of knitting. We have another grandson on the way, so I need to get his blanket done.

When your grandma wants to support your comic, but doesn't understand how to live life.
today i was working on a quilt with my grandma and i sliced into my finger with the rotary cutter. she freaked out until she realised it wasn’t bleeding and i wasn’t going to ruin her quilt with my blood. i said nothing and continued cutting squares.
Sometimes I think my grandma is a compulsive liar. Just now my mom found that four of the seven potatoes she bought and needed for a recipe were used to make a soup. And when grandma asked what was wrong, mom said someone used her potatoes. And guess what answer my grandma gave. "Oh I don't use your potatoes. My daughter doesn't do that." Every fucking time we tell or ask her something she gets defensive and tries to say it wasn't her or she doesn't do that, even though we know she fucking does. A few weeks ago, my mom was sick for a week and before I left for school I asked grandma not to go through my brother and sister's room to get to the main bathroom (there are two doors to the main bathroom: one through their room, which is connected to my mom and dad's room, and one through my aunt's room). And I told her this because I know she and my aunt go through their room like nothing all the time. What does she tell me? "I don't go through there. I only go in the morning to shower." When I told my mom this a few days later, she tells me that grandma was going in and out the day after. It's so fucking annoying that she doesn't listen to any of us or ignores us, but will do anything for her daughter. Never mind that her mental and physical health are deteriorating, she'll handle all the household work for her dear daughter. Oh and then she turns to us and tries to make herself out as the victim. "Oh I'm so tired." "Ay she's always going out with the guy and leaving her kids." "I haven't worked in months cuz I have to watch her kids." Yeah we pitied her at first, but when she's willingly doing everything for her daughter and not giving herself a break then constantly complaining about it, it gets old real fucking fast. And at this point, we can't just tell her to say no cuz she's already let this go on for too long. She tries to say something and my aunt gets upset and pissy about it. In fact she stopped paying rent a while ago so my grandma is screwed by the time we all leave.
