Well taking a spin on it, since the rOT gamemode is basically grace but evil, there should be a counterpart to the sinner we have for grace :0

The sinner we have for this gamemode (rOT sinner) isn't considered completely evil/fallen yet :3 Since they're still fighting through it to thread back to harmony. They're more of a one step closer into achieving the complete opposite.

Having an opposite for grace sinner only happens when selecting PIHSROW. Basically willingly choosing to go astray, turning into a disciple of sin, spreading their influence. (which I'd be naming as disgrace sinner)

What about falling to disgrace?

Falling to DISGRACE turns you into a LAPSE, like a mindless husk of a follower.

Short summary, rOT sinner will turn into disgrace sinner when willingly selecting PIHSROW, while rOT sinner falling to DISGRACE will turn them into a LAPSE

Anyways, since Rot symbolizes how sin affects you and your soul, I believe the lapses represent those you inadvertently hurt by doing thus to yourself, while disgrace is karma.

Idk nothings confirmed about them yet so I though I would speculate.
