I’m just going off the logic that having to face your sins daily (going off the purgatory interpretation) has to be very emotionally taxing for him and even with all of his spiritual healing, he’s still being put through the wringer. He’s 100% locked in during runs but it takes very little for him to start blubbering when he’s in the lobby (not infantilising him here, he’s still able to help around the lobby but he might get a bit teary-eyed when doing his chores)

He needs some milk 👍

Seesay has MANY tape recorders so that she could catch up on what bullshit the other sins and John are saying

And just incase one breaks, she has MANY spare ones that she can replace it with.

She also hides them VERY well, where nobody, except her could find them. In turn, makes her VERY nosey

John is a dog person. He likes dogs.

Seesay's eye-mouth kinda acts like a hoodie, so if it's winter, it stays closed more often, but if it's summer or spring, it stays open more often.

Ok soooo Carnation dies by burning alive because whenever Nede is felled, it really reminds me of fire and how it burns kinda.

Litany dies by blunt force trauma after Sinrow is felled. She most likely has a giant cinderblock smashed into her skull because her Guilles get crushed to death at the end of Sinrow.

And Sorrow dies to radiation poisoning because of her nuclear bombs in Clot and how reckless she was with them and where she dropped them.
