Upon arriving to Krovs, Bakari had found the place to be... underwhelming. He had heard high praises from many vampires that he considered allies and underlings, many telling him it was a mecca for vampires that catered to their every whim, and thus far... He found that it was rather bland. His hopes of coming here to gain more power were slowly diminishing, as it was clear that most people here were more focused on pleasureĀ rather than politics despite being the meeting place for the grand vampire council.
It didnāt take long, though, before he received a letter instructing him to meet at the council room. It was from an old ally, possibly one of the few that Bakari could actuallyĀ consider a friend. Most vampires, in his eye, were weak and were only used to collect more power, but there was something different about the Danish councilman. He was what vampires shouldĀ be - ruthless, strong - and not what the modern age vampires of today were.
That was why he found himself standing in the council room, back to the door as he appraised the fine woodworking in the room, when he heard the door open.Ā āWhen you had suggested that I become a councilman, you failed to mention how Krovsā wouldnāt live up to its reputation,ā Bakari started before he turned to face Gotrik.Ā āOne could argue that a friend would have given warning beforehand.ā
