Took another stab at roll out cookies the other night, and am much happier with how these turned out! The bats were perfect as they were, but once the grim reaper cookies can't out if the oven I knew they needed a little decoration. Taking another stab at roll out cookies! I used an entirely different recipe, but had the same issue of dry, crumbly dough*. I listened to my instincts this time, and added another egg, and it rolled out just fine. Currently waiting for it to chill before I attempt to cut it into shapes and bake.
