Jondrette seems like he knows M. Leblanc. Volume 3, Book 8, Chapter 19.

Now we're in the middle point of New Brick Eve. The third volume, Marius.

Well. Started as how the street children at that time was, the background of Marius' youth and finding out his father's love, meeting up with Les amis, falling into love with Cosette and trying to save her daughter, but found out that his neighbor and her family had a more complicated relationship.

It was like slow-to-go or resting part of the Brick. Not having that much dramatic part but it is not that hard.

Though, it still had some remarkable scenes here. Well, should I say Marius' Booby Moments?

First is how he got the response of 'To Be Free.' at the meeting of Les amis at Cafe Musain.

Second, the Conjunction of Two Stars, Marius and Cosette's Love growing at Jardin du Luxembourg, and how have he done with her father's handkerchief.

Third, 'My life is not worth the trouble of defending it.', how Valjean dealed with the Thenardiers and Patron-Minette during Gorbeau Raid.

The Final Moment is how Javert enters the scene of crime, 'Would You Like MY Hat?'. And this is the best Javert Moment I'm thinking!

Thus, this was the volume that decent to read. And during this one, what I liked most was the two young lovers' story and the Gorbeau Raid chapters. Now, we're heading to the Main Event of the Brick.
