Gon

- Well lets just say that Gon was abolutely CLUELESS about your crush at first. He just wasn’t that good at reading the signs that were so obviously there. Once the boy finally found out, a lightbulb then clicked into his head, and remembered all the times that it did seem like you were flirting with Kurapika.

- Gon literally cannot contain his excitement once hearing the news. After you told him, there have been multiple occasions where this boy was SO close to accidentally revealing your crush when talking to his blonde friend (luckily he always catches himself when he’s about to). 

- Every you and Kurapika are standing near each other, he just can’t help but giggle. Kurapika is always super confused by this, while you are just staring him down to make sure Gon won’t blurt out anything. Maybe admitting your crush to him was a bad idea...

- He’ll be super ecstatic to know if you ever plan on confessing to his friend. Stars will just light up in his eyes as he spits out a bunch of encouraging words to try and bring your confidence up. When you finally do plan to confess, Gon is just as or maybe even more nervous than you are. He just wants to know if his two friend’s are finally going to date or not!! He can’t help but to think about how cute would that be if that happened!!

- And once you tell Gon about how you finally confessed to Kurapika (only to find out that he feels the same way), this boy was not afraid to show the pure EXCITEMENT he felt!! He absolutely does not shy away from asking you a bunch of questions too (”What happened?” ”What did you guys say to each other?” ”Are you guys dating now??” and so much more). Gon just feels so happy and proud of you that you were able to tell him how you felt, and he can’t WAIT to talk to Kurapika about the whole thing!!

Killua 

- Killua is pretty good at reading your emotions, so there was a part of him that already had a hint about your feelings toward Kurapika. Plus, the way you talked to him and your body language around the blonde was something he took note for.

- As curious as he is, Killua is not going to be upfront about asking you whether you like him or not. Instead, he’ll just ask some random questions like  “_____, do you have a crush on anyone?” and then play it off.

- It was so obvious to you that Killua knows that you have a crush on Kurapika, and it was so obvious to see what his plan was. So once you finally shared the news, Killua will just proudly announce how he was right the whole time!! 

- Annnndddd *cue in all the teasing thats going to come afterward*. Killua can’t help but to playfully poke fun at your crush just a littleeee bit. His behavior is similar to an elementary schooler’s, and it’s almost impossible to not roll your eyes and laugh at how childish he was acting. 

- But of course after he’s done with his teasing, Killua is going to turn into your own personal hypeman from now on. Sometimes he’ll try and give you a good word in when talking to Kurapika. He’ll sneakily mention anything that will peak Kurapika’s interest, giving a TON of compliments, too!! If Killua hears the blonde say anything good about you, this boy will immediately go back to transfer the information back to you ;)) 

Kurapika is Y/N protection squad leader

Has lots of fighting experience and he literally had a job as a bodyguard?? Kurapika knows what he’s doing

The entire team basically runs on his words -- if he’s suspicious of any danger everyone will be more attentive but if he gives the ‘safe’ signal then they trust him and relax a little

But of course all this is only when you’re involved because in their eyes you are PRECIOUS to the ends of this Earth

Leorio is the one that’s always really weary of everything

He knows how you’re definitely not as strong as everyone else in the group and so he tries his best to point out danger before the disaster actually happens

ALSO this means there were lots of false alarms when Leorio thought something bad was going on but you guys were literally like in a cafe having lunch-

Gon is the one that follow Kurapika’s words the most -- he has lost of trust in Kurapika and he’d honestly hate himself if anything happened to you

Not that he doesn’t have a good sense of if there’s danger, but he doesn’t view himself as the most reliable so he just makes sure he’s prepared to protect at all times than constantly trying to find out if it’s safe or not

Killua is the most relaxed

He has a lot of trust in his abilities and honestly he is 100% sure that he would win any fight with anyone that’s trying to hurt you

Not to mention Killua’s pretty protective of the people that he cares about so you bet that absolutely nothing is going to be able to hurt you

All in all babes you’re in good hands 

I’m just gonna be blunt. He makes fun of you ALL. THE. TIME.

It’s become a thing, “Heightist”. it’s when you shame somebody for their height, something they can’t control. And Killua has made himself the CEO of it.

Your reactions are priceless every damn time, and whenever you tag along with him and Gon he just can’t help himself.

“Killua! It’s not nice to make fun of your sister! She’s an adult too! It’s disrespectful.”

“Oh pipe down Gon she can take it!”

*Insert you pummeling his head in the ground just like Bisky*

Yeah, that happens all the time. He will never EVER stop.

He’s told you it’s his second nature, and if he doesn’t make fun of you at least once a week he’ll die of Heightist Deficit Disorder.

With this you make fun of the way he sits. Yeah I’m talking about this:

Oh man this boy HATTESS ITTT

It gets on his nerves so damn much and he just dies. Like literally eyes: X X, on the ground, dead. Plan his funeral, make sure to have some gay fucking music with it.

The moment you mention “Oh I guess I’ll just go with Gon to buy some chocolate robots” He’s already sprung up and at the store. Death is no match for chocolate robots.

Cupping their faces with your hands

Gon: 

INSTANT SMILE hehe

Gon is just happy that you’re happy tbh

If he’s talking and you do this he’ll stop whatever he was saying and be like yes?

After you do this to him once he starts to do it to you CONSTANTLY

He really liked it when you did it, so he’s like they’ll like it too yeah?

His hands are a little too small to really cup your face lol but it’s the thought that counts !!

Killua:

A little bit overwhelmed and confused

Physical affection is kind of a grey area for him

He’s going to think he said/did something wrong and you’re trying to catch his attention to correct him

But then you reassure him and you’re like nono this isn’t a threat LOL

Instantly relaxes

He suddenly realizes how comfy this feels, and how soft your hands are

The room falls into a comfortable silence as Killua discovers this feeling of coziness with your hands on his face

Kurapika:

Goes quiet and the entire atmosphere gets VERY intense

Just the concept of his personal space being invaded kind of gets him on edge

He knows you won’t harm him ever but he’s just very unfamiliar with these things

Takes some time for him to adjust and he’s like ah I see why people enjoy this now

Just feels so comfortable with you cupping his face

Honestly he could fall asleep right then and there

He might just, honestly

Leorio:

Surprised at first, but gives you a closed eyed smile right after

At first he doesn't get it, he’s like what are you doing?

Are you trying to caress his face? Aren’t your hands supposed to move if you’re caressing his face? 

But then he’s like OHH YOUR CUPPING MY FACE RIGHT RIGHT

A little slow when it comes to these things LOLOL but that’s alright 

Instantly melts into it afterwards

He’s just had a long day and finding refuge in your hands are exactly what he needed

Everyone tries their very hardest to make you comfortable !! 

You’re one of their friends are you not? And they only know to treat their friends with nothing but the upmost respect in the world (I hope that made sense)

ANYWAYS Gon invites you to everything -- he’s going fishing, do you want to join? Him and Killua are going to go out to eat do you want to come along? He’s going to run some errands would you like to tag along?

Anything small, no matter how insignificant it may seem, Gon is going to invite you to it because he doesn’t want you to be feeling left out

Killua likes to talk to you, he thinks you’re a great listener

Whenever he’s having doubts or just frustrations, he’ll tell you and regardless of what advice you give him, he always leaves your conversations feeling more relaxed and at peace

He doesn’t know how you do it, but he’s very grateful for you in this way

Kurapika wants to hear more about you, about your past, get to know you more

He knows that you’re shy, but just because you’re shy doesn’t mean you’re not an interesting person !!

He wants you to be able to get comfortable enough to open up to him, and let’s you warm up to him at your own pace because he’d never want to pressure you into sharing things about yourself

Leorio really appreciates how you listen to him as well

He doesn’t really come to you to have deep talks like Killua, but he likes how you listen to his jokes and you never shift your focus when he’s talking in a conversation

He knows you’re shy so he takes it upon himself to lead the conversation, hoping to encourage you to join in 

Gon

- Gon had no idea that he just awakened whatever possessed you. He was aware of you telling him about some stuff that happened on the Dark Continent, but he still didn’t know what that was specifically. 

- Gon just honestly assumed that when you asked for those three random demand, it was just because you needed something from him. It didn’t even cross his mind that that was actually the DC creature making those demands (but of course, how was he supposed to know this). 

- The one second he looked away, your face had turned into something he’d never seen before. You suddenly had these dark, hollow-looking eyes, along with a strange smile to top it off. Not only that, but you were now telling him about making some kind of wish??

- Gon was very curious about this, so he made a small wish to see what would happen next. Once he saw that you actually had managed to grant that wish, Gon was soo amazed!!

- As much as he wanted you to grant more wishes (even though he had no clue how that worked), Gon knew that he shouldn’t mess around with something that could danger you (being that he had no knowledge of whatever possessed you).

- Once you’re back to your “regular self’, he’s already going to ask a bunch of questions to try and ease his curiosity. Gon also intends to try and help you out!! He wants to try and help you figure out what the hell is happening to you now, in an attempt to gain a better understanding.

Killua

- Killua’s been aware of this dark continent creature, but at first it didn’t seem like anything was happening, so he just kind of ignored. Then again, he was still very interested about it. 

- Like Gon, the way Killua accidentally “awakened” this thing was when he absent-mindedly fulfilled three requests. Once he saw your face then change into something similar to Nanika’s, thats when Killua got a clue that your abilities might be the same!!

- Since Killua has a great understanding of this from his sister, he uses this knowledge and applies it to whatever it is that possessed you. Killua will offer and help you out, but of course, he’ll do this carefully because he is aware of how dangerous it could be. 

- He was also very excited to finally awaken whatever this creature was!! Sure, there was this underlying fear in Killua’s head that imagined the potential risk involved with this, but other than that, he just thought you were now extra cool!!
