I feel that essential oils are very empowering. Think about it – with the use of these oils you can take control back. Control over a medical condition, a mental state, a belief. You can stop cravings, minimise the use of toxic products, decrease your dependency on medication, improve your sleep, digestion, memory and concentration, feel good and smell great. Do you know of any other products, substance or thing, whether natural or man-made, that gives you as many possibilities? Of course not. By using essential oils you can tailor the experience to suit you perfectly. And because there are minimal risks associated with using oils you do not have to be afraid of failing. How is that not empowering? We are now in August, Women’s month. The theme for this year is #BalanceforBetter and since I am all about balance the theme immediately resonated with me. By using our knowledge and experience we can balance our needs and wants with what we know is safe and good for us. By getting to a solution in the most natural and simplest way possible we create the perfect environment for a balanced life. A life in which no one thing takes priority over everything else. We are multi-faceted beings, and when you are a woman, you have even more facets. Bringing them all into balance is a skill. Luckily one that can be practiced and perfected. Being a Goddess doesn’t make life more difficult, embracing your femininity makes life beautiful. To embrace your inner Feminine is to be wide awake and alive, radiant and boundless.
