Busy ass workday calls for knocking my Fitbit goals out of the park! I've struggled meeting my step goal since I started my new job. Today I did plenty of walking and with motivation of my SO, I made it to the gym for 30 min of cardio after work. Today has been a HUGE day of accomplishments for me! I finally was able to run 3 whole miles without stopping! I also am officially down 25lbs so I'm halfway to my goal a.k.a. I have lost every pound I gained in law school! I also am feeling confident enough to post a selfie on the internet for a bunch of strangers to see. This is huge considering my extreme social anxiety and fear of being judged but some of you have been on this fitness path just as long or longer than I have and I feel safe to post this for y'all. So here it is, post treadmill, no makeup, red face and all.
