Zach: YOU don't have an animal or ribbon on you, so YOU'RE JUNK.
Me: *says nothing, falls over the table laughing*
You know that kind of laugh that's mostly silent because something is THAT funny, or you got taken off-guard, or both? Or however that works? Yeah, that laugh.
BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
Myah: Yes he does, look at his shirt! *points to my Fluttershy shirt*
Zach: That's a HORSE.
Myah: A horse is an animal.
Zach: *changes the subject, I don't remember how, that was hours ago*
i had a great 추석 vacation last week. was honored to be invited to Clever Coteach's house again to participate in 차례 with her family, the traditional Korean memorial ceremony. i unfortunately missed the ceremony [had gotten up early to make apple crisp and my shady oven wasn't quite finished with it when i wanted it to be], and they finished in only 10 minutes this time.
i spent the rest of the day hanging out with her and her family. they taught me how to play 화투 [고도리/Go-Stop], it was so much fun. i need to bone up my skills for next time tho, her mom is the master.
