Seriously, Miss Heed gets frustrated she actually has to do her job and not just enjoy the perks of being a hero. While G-L a real hero has to sadly not be able to save the day because she doesn't have a license. Clout chasing heroes are always the ones that complain about having to save the day while wide eyed idealists like G-Lo get the short end of the stick. It's the embodiment of how unfair the hero system is and bureaucratic bs and nepotism keeps all the good ones out of the game while the shitty ones mostly thrive.
