Miss heed - Sylveon

I know this sounds OBVIOUS, but she would be a Sylveon because Sylveons evolve when they feel deeply loved. And that girl is incredibly spoiled, with an unhealthy need for attention that she calls "love”. Being so cute and loved, she would charm other Pokémon and manipulate them.

She probably would have forced her evolution to ensure she became a Sylveon at any cost.She would have learned Fairy-type moves, too—just to be safe. She would have asked her father and the scientists to force her premature evolution. She would have did several things she shouldn't have.

Just as Heed was the "youngest hero of the Golden Rule," she would have been one of the youngest to evolve. But just because she evolved doesn't mean she grew up.

Penumbra - umbreon

It’s not just because of the name—since "Umbreon" and "Penumbra" derive from umbra, meaning night (and also referring to the "people of the penumbra")—but if I’m not mistaken, Umbreons also have a bad reputation because people fear they bring bad luck. And they don’t.

Furthermore, Eevees evolve through friendship, and Penumbra is shown to be one of the most loyal friends one could have. Many of the characters we meet are her friends and look after her just as much as she looks after them.
