I love glee so much but I can't rewatch again because i hate rachel so much. I can't stand her. How can anyone stand her? She's the central of every episode ever, the wocs and kurt are all there to boost rachel's self esteem, the writers are basically will shuester before emma knocked some sense in him that rachel wasn't the center of the universe. Her and her abnormally large mouth is so freaking annoying. That and really, their treatment of poc? As an asian myself, Mike? Tina? Mercedes? Santana's story was good. All the tina plots were oh, i don't like my small asian eyes. Just fyi glee writers, some asians like their eyes? It was just blatantly so racist and i don't understand how they could think it was okay. I love ryan murphy sometimes but sometimes it's like fuck you man. Rachel is so annoying. She would have been a lot less annoying if she didn't hog up 90% of screentime. Sorry if this is offensive to anyone reading this, please reblog/reply with not too much hate, this is my personal opinion that i'm just putting out there because i got frustrated watching glee clips and i got to the scientist (the best glee cover) and everybody was in the dark except rachel when all of them had broken up with each other.
there are times when i see glee gifs, posts, fanfictions etc and i realise how i have come to hate everything about it.
What was once original became a parody of itself. Strong characters became weak due to fan pandering.
Complex characters became one dimensional and hatable. Near the end there was not one likable character there.
Whats worse was their attitude towards bi-sexuals and sexual assault victims. I am only of the second category (a problem i have faced since I was young,) and have friends who are bi. Gleeâs attitude to both was extremely damaging. Because of glee I felt ashamed of what happened to me. As if what happened to me was nothing bad and that I should be grateful.
It also tended to ignore its POC and also almost glorified very damaging relationships. The strongest, Mike and Tina, was one of the few that did not make it to the end. I adored the Brittana relationship but that was it at the end. The least deserving characters got their happy ending.
Itâs not the actors that I have issue with,, most of them, especially Darren Criss, did an amazing job and he has amazing skills and is a great person.
But itâs the show.

 Aries...Ryan Murphyâs preaching about sensitivity (body image, sexuality, race, etc) in one breath and then mocking that same issue in the next
Taurus...Every Sondheim song they ruined. Especially âNo One is Alone.â Like itâs a song about moral ambiguity!!! Donât sing that about a hate crime!
Gemini...Will Schuester rapping
Cancer...Ryan Murphy does not know any differences between teenage bullies and 40-something gay guy bullies
Leo...Every dropped plotline
Virgo...Why did they introduce a half-dozen new characters in the last like 10 episodes of the show and they were actually kind of good maybe because Glee didnât have enough time to ruin them but at the same time they had no opportunity to develop them, either, sow whatâs the point? Just wrap up the shits you made and letâs go.
Libra...Pointless songs and yet the songs were often the only tolerable part of the show so I donât know what to complain aboutÂ
Scorpio...Did Kristin Chenoweth need to come back like 12 times? Did they have to do tribute episodes at all?
Sagitarrius...Ryan Murphy thinking that acknowledging fan complaints is a substitute for fixing them. Especially the way Schuester planting weed in Finnâs locker was âresolved.â Will was so terrible in general.
Capricorn...Oh my god remember when he did the Glee Project and inexplicably threw a bunch of new teenagers into the show for no reason and the characters sucked who was the dreadlocks guy where did he come from where did he go I donât care anyway but OH RACHEL BLOWING HER NYADA AUDITION AND THEN BEGGING FOR A RE-DO AND THEN QUITTING AND THEN BEGGING TO COME BACK AND THEN QUITTING AGAIN BUT THEREâS NO CONSEQUENCES!!!! FOR ANYHTHING!!! CONSEQUENCES ARE SO TOUGH TO DEAL WITH! RACHEL NEVER WORKED FOR ANYTHING ACTUALLY! SHE BECAME A BROADWAY STAR LIKE 30 MINUTES AFTER SHE MOVED TO NEW YORK! SHE HAD ONE SETBACK FOR 20 SECONDS! ALSO! YOU CANâT STAR ON BROADWAY, GO TO SCHOOL, AND WORK AT A DINERÂ âFOR AUTHENTICITYâ WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE WRITERS

It took them one full season to get Harry Shum Jr. to take his shirt off remember when Kitty tried to make Marley think she was gaining weight so Kitty altered her Grease costumes but none of her other clothes?Â

Will Darren Criss get murdered cause that would be kinda entertaining. I mean I don't like hating on people but everyone I see him all I can think of is glee and it sucks.
I hate Lea Michele, Rachel Berry, Brittany Pierce, Brittana, Chord Overstreet, Stephen Tobolowsky, and Will Schuester
but have I in the past six months sought out a post for someone who loved any one of these characters/couples and posted shit all over it? Nope. I might have been led to it during the time when Brittana fans were posting shit in the Klaine tag, but I donât seek out others just to express my opinion. I express my opinion willingly and proudly on my own blog and that is the way that hate should be done, by the creation of posts for personal expression not as a way to make others feel that they and their opinions are inferior to yours
