How have you been?
I've been okay, very much been a rough time. I can smile so I know I'm at least partly okay and that's what I have to hold on to.

Thank you, I think what made it worse was that the last few years I spent as her carer and she didn't really have that good of a life and I feel so sad that she struggled so much

I've been calling a bereavement helpline a lot.
They are always too busy to take my calls
