These last couple months have been particularly rough for my husband and I. We have had so much stress and in that stress we forgot to use our usual amazing communication skills and started to get short fused with not just each other, but our kids. After a particular (bad for us) blowout, I went to our room to cool down and think things through. Looking for one of the 5 small jack-o'-lantern container that I purchased at a Goodwill (my love for cheap things and halloween won me over) for my hair ties, I opened the one thought had them, instead this sticky note was inside. My heart swelled with love and strength. A good deed such as this, something so small, meant so much. Just when I was starting to lose my newfound love for my self and my voice, I got a beautiful surprise. Someone who does something for someone else, someone they'd never meet or even know if it got to someone who would appreciate it and it's beautiful. Good deeds such as this should always be shared and acknowledged in hopes of spreading the love and good thoughts.
