What are your topaz settings?
Hello :)Sorry for the delay.These are the settings that i use:
In "Presets" i generally i use "Cartooned" but sometimes i experiment with "CrispStyle" with the same settings :)

Сut the img and make canvas size you need (in this case it’s 500x500px)
Using paint bucket make background black
Then I add color fill with these settings centred on Matt (you can play with gradient, Â angle and scale on your edit)
Color it and add a texture
Done!Â
