so instead of working on my 5 wips i had to draw this instead; an idea that came to mind after my good pook kaycee mentioned that an old oc of mine, yuo, would work well in the realmverse. i had already been thinking about her character again, so this felt like the perfect opportunity for a revamp. i have now settled on yuo being apart of a species that another friend of mine created for the univers, aka the olzise. olzise are more on the fantastical side of beings (“lower”) and are like a strange combination of clyclops and elf. they are highly intelligent and are known for their special weavings, ranging from tapestries to clothing. they are able to peel their skin and use it as fine thread in their works, so it is very valuable. yuo initially was an experimented human and was later changed to a monster of sorts, but i find this to be a better fit. as for the context of the drawing, yuo has been given past trauma related to soulhunters and finds collector’s presence to be terrifying because she recognizes him as one (the cloak it is wearing is a dead giveaway). yuo is on the floor because she was just transported from her hometown to a currently unknown location via a inter-dimensional transportation device at random (a pre-existing concept i share!). collector offers to help her up, since he has high respect for the olzise and there is an existing community of olzise soulhunters, but she refuses. im crazay about this concept and i lov yuo 5ever !! i will post her other concept design separately, as well as some other doodles at some point :>
