Since watching an episode of Patchwork Pals had me wanting to doodle some of their cute characters.

The Dream Wisher. A quiet lady who watches over citizens of Gotham slumber into their own dream lands. She would appear in them, offering them wishes and thus however she would take their dreamy selves and traps them into her own tower. Where their slumbers become endless before dusting themselves away.

To Dream Wisher's powers, she's very capable of manipulating her victims' dreams and also their wishes. Her pupils(though usually her eyes be hidden in her fuzzy wool hair) are telekinetic.
