you know, everytime i go to the instrument shop, i'm always kinda baffled at what gibson thinks it worth £800 and how poorly carved their non-SG/thunderbird/standard gibson design basses are.

The contours on the Gibson EB bass don't even look fucking finished.

like, every sub-£300 squier in the place has pleasant, smooth contours on the cumfort cuts and upper bouts, this piece of shit has janky, halfassed clunky contouring.

the natural finish one doesn't even feel like it's been sanded properly

gibson don't have a good reputation for basses anyway, but turns out they're also awful at making smooth body lines.
