Every day I inch closer to being pescatarian and not by choice. Land meat hurts my GI system really bad. Intestinal inflammation is so painful and the most consistent cause is land meat. Sea meat doesn’t do this to me unless there’s a lot of oil involved. It sucks because of all the rabbit, chicken, and deer we have in our freezer. I had some chicken sausage earlier and my stomach hurts so bad now. It really is a shame, but I know I have to take this seriously because my mom apparently had all of these issues at my age, but didn’t do anything about it, and now she has tons of GI problems. I refuse to be like that in my 50s.
don't wanna give too much detail but my whole body feels like it's dying, and i'm gonna see if i can schedual a doctors appointment as soon as i can👍
i can't put this off anymore it's becoming debilitating, i hope it doesn't cost a fortune :,/, (the only reason i put it off this long was money and lack of transportation access)
