I absolutely SLAYED today!!! I’m so proud of me 🙌🏼❤️ 79 days to go!!! Nutrition has always been where I struggle but today really opened up my eyes on how much I’ve been under eating! I just took my before pictures and uploaded them into my private group. No matter how many times I do this it never gets easier. Clothing hides a lot of what I’ve been hiding from.
