wah !! woke up super anxious bc of reasons i wont even get into while anonymous. panic attack time. its ok bc i have a counselling session at 10am :) appointment gets cancelled (@ 9:05am). panic attack time. my minute by minute plan for the day (like i have every day yes im fine thanks) is now out the window. food shop was planned for 11:15am. i could go now but .... this wasn’t the plan. panic panic panic
