NFTs: The Real Start?
For reasons, I cannot explain, my first series of NFTs were black and white. Looking back on it, I don't know what to make of it. I sometimes feel I should have got to work earlier using colour. The series of NFTs was called Geometrica, which anyone can find on my Instagram and Twitter pages. One's experimental journey had begun in earnest. Maybe it will lead somewhere, and then maybe not. The images below are just some of the NFTs I put together.

NFT Journey?
Except living under a rock, you would have heard of non-fungible tokens or NFTs. Much was made of these "crypto instruments" as a new way of democratizing art. I can say something to that effect. I once owned a small art gallery and did sell some art. I will also confess to being a frustrated artist, someone who had ideas for paintings and other artworks but could produce none. NFTs gave me and many others a chance to do something about our frustrations.
That said, I knew I lacked the talent to make compelling artworks. And I am in no way going to be able to emulate a competent artist, never mind as a Basquiat or a Hambleton. My approach was to produce some form of geometric art. The reason for this was my knowledge of technical drawing, a skill I have not used in almost 35 years. Here I present my motivation for trying. You may consider that I have talent or otherwise; nevertheless, I tried. The image you see below is just one of many I have produced over the last year.
