Well! I was going keep this a surprise but it seems @woochiefx noticed my post under @nightmaresdayscreams about my awesome shot taken by my talented friend @gypsyheartcreations of my #generalthade look ( I am the makeup artist and the model) This was my entry for @mostlydeaddotcom September #mostlydeadmakeupchallenge where the focus was #timburtoncharacter. I am a lover of all things #ape 🐒🐵🙉🙈🙊So I was thrilled to have a chance to chose #planetoftheapes2001 when I learned that @timburton_official directed this film with characters created by my idol @therickbaker 🦍 I happened to have the Woochie #apeman Prosthetic that I had gotten from #mostlydeaddotcom and it was perfect for pairing with my @zagonemasks Chimpanzees gloves. This is my vision board folks. The September #mostlydeadmakeupchallenge this month was #timburtoncharacter and I am a huge fan of @timburtonfanss and a life long fan of @therickbaker and all things #planetoftheapes. Now I must confess I knew the film but had no idea Tim Directed the #2001planetoftheapes but I knew right away I had to attempt to recreate #generalthade for this challenge. This is a glimpse of the thoughts behind my amazing photo shoot with @gypsyheartcreations done using my @woochiefx prosthetic I had.on hand from @mostlydeaddotcom . ( I am out of ape faces now.) The only thing I had to change was my pieces forehead was too small to allow me to get the hairline right on my #chimpanzee General.
