C'est en 1957 que l'égalité des salaires pour travail égal est inscrit dans les traités européens.
Et pourtant en 2013, nous recevons toujours 16% de moins que les hommes en moyenne pour le même travail. Il nous faudrait travailler 59 jours de plus pour y remédier.
Pourrait-on arguer que notre salaire est un salaire sur 10 mois et non 12, pour 12 mois travaillé.
Ou alors encore mieux en ces temps de crises, un argument pour se faire embaucher.
