It occurred to me that I could come up with my own practical meets posh meets repurposed garden attire, and I’ve been on the hunt for pieces that fit the bill. Found this utilitarian vest a one of my fave consignment stores, FREE THE MONKEY, in Salida, CO. I also look for tops that have a loose high neck to protect my sensitive décolletage 😜 from the sun and pests. This great vest scores on that count as well.
