Protect yourself from the sun, and be aware of changes to your skin - especially moles. ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā They have an excellent initiative to help you keep an eye on your skin. Take photos of your skin at the start of summer and take photos again at the end of summer. It's a great way to compare. If you notice changes, head to your GP for a skin check. ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā UV exposure is the greatest risk factor for melanoma. So make sure you follow the sun safe rules. ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā Seek shade.
