Here’s some of the concepts I whipped up for the HUD.
First one is for the main screen - the screen you see when playing the game normally - running around and exploring and getting quests etc.
Second screen is the combat screen - the screen you will be in when you’re battling your Deors! I’m not suuuuuuper 100% sure of a better way to portray the battle options than I have in the second concept, but i’d love some feedback!
Third one is the inventory! I tried to keep it clean and minimal, which is easier said than done but I think I’ve done pretty good with it! I personally really like the second one thats there, I think it uses a lot of the screen space really well while leaving some good negative space. I’ve got one more of these to do (at this stage) before I show the team the concepts, get some feedback and change anything that they think I should change then make these into what you see in the game!
