Island Living Toilet

Just leaving a small project here  I was a little annoyed when I wanted to build a hotel yesterday in island living style and then found out we have a shower, bathtub and a sink but not a god damn toilet why EA? 😭 maybe it’s not that perfect but now it’s fitting the rest I actually used parts of the tubs texture to make it fit better 😂

It’s Base game compatible you won’t need any expansions in order for it to work

it costs 1800$

It can get hit by lightning 

So far the toilet just comes in one color

I translated into 3 different languages: English, German & Spanish

Island Living - Cabinet 

Henlo it’s me again :3 this time with a cabinet for you (re-texture them is a pain in the butt) but I knew we can’t live without 😤 so here ya go 🤩

I found a texture issue inside the cabinet and if you look closely into it it can be seen what should I say? I wanted to fix it but can’t find the spot I swear I was looking for more than an hour it still bothers me a lot 🙄 but as long as it’s inside I feel confident enough to upload (I mean who takes a peek behind the glas panels? 😲 don’t you dare! 😤🤣)

So far I like them and I really hate that we don’t get more cabinets from maxis :( I like them making a good decor in the kitchen but well here you are having a solution for now :3

Beards for Trans men

Hellooooo it's me

Today I decided to go with 7 beards for trans men I really missed something like that for my FtM Sim and so I started to work :D

trans men are men so... where are the beards for them? ._. I guess I don’t have to tell you that there where no beards at all  and I had the feeling that I need to change and share it so nobody has to feel that struggle anymore ò_ó   

Those are the same beards like them in the “beards” category  This sim is indeed a FtM Sim for those of you who were wondering :)

They are basegame compatible

These are CAS items

They're just available if the gender is set to be female  (It’s not to make fun of it! It’s just because those beards are already  available in the category “beards” if the gender is set to be male)

They’re not randomized so sims won’t wear them if not selected by the player

I would take request for this kind of “Item” its also possible with beard CC’s from other creators just make sure it’s free to use (check creators TOU [Terms of use] to find out what’s allowed!)

Does anyone have a shot when he had the sides buzzed and left it its natural, beautiful onyx colour and I think he had the word 'ASIA or ASIAN' shaved into the side of his hair? If you have that one, can you please put it up? I tried to do a Google on it, and cannot find it. Use to be on my old hard drive.
