Now that Marvel Rivals have THE MAKER, MALICE and SYMBIONTE THING, does johnny has any canon evil storyline? or is he the only one that hasnt turned evil
Symbiote Ben is such a funny version of this because that's just like, Ben with some goop on him.
So if I'm looking at this seriously, I think actually Johnny's Negative Zone gladiator skin is supposed to be his version of this pattern. I know it's not exactly the same thing -- it's not a "villainous" Johnny story -- but it is Johnny forced into a grittier role than usual, where he is forced, in the ring, to fight to the death for his own survival. That death may be temporary for Annihilus' top fighters, it's true, but it doesn't change the circumstances that Johnny spent two years regularly competing in matches to the death where his only choices were to kill his opponent or allow them to kill him. So I think he fits the overall theme.
That being said, I guess they could like... bring in Gaard. You know, Gaard. The alternate universe version of Johnny who was rebuilt by Arkon (I always think it's Galactus for some reason) and no longer remembers his old identity and is also for some reason a space hockey goalie.
(Fantastic Four #163) This guy. I had to look him up on the wiki because I didn't remember what issue this was and it describes him as "skating off into the void" which made me laugh. He also shows up really briefly in Fantastic Force, a comic I think like five people total have read. That Gaard. It would be a way to capitalize on Heated Rivalry.
