When an Itch is Not an Itch
Recently I had a walk down memory lane about itches. I remember as a child my grandma always had a saying to go along with an itch. Like "someone is talking about me" or "money coming in soon". So I thought I would look into these "future omens" that are attached to itching.
Crown of the head itch - You will have an advance in position.
Right cheek itch - Someone is speaking well of you.
Left cheek itch - Someone is speaking poorly of you.
Right eye or eyebrow itch - You will have a meeting with an old friend.
Left eye or eyebrow itch - You will have a great disappointment.
Inside of the nose itch - You will meet trouble and sorrow
Outside of the nose itch - You will be annoyed, cursed, kissed or meet with a fool soon.
Lips itch - Someone is saying something disrespectful to you.
Back of the neck itch - There will be an illness in your family.
Right shoulder itch - You will discover a legacy.
Left shoulder itch - You will discover sorrow.
Right elbow itch - You will get exciting news.
Left elbow itch - You will get meet news and losses.
Right palm - You will gain some money.
Left palm itch - You will loose some money.
Right knee itch - You will have a happy journey.
Left knee - Your journey will be troubled with bad luck.
Ankles itch - You will be married or increase your wealth.
Sole of the right foot itch - You will have a profitable journey.
Sole of the left foot itch - You will encounter losses on your journey.
Didn't take me long to figure out the right side itching is much better.
