Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup chopped spinach. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onion. Sliced avocado. Funky Green Taco Sauce.
Instructions: Dice the onions, mushrooms, and spinach, and mix them with the ground beef in a bowl. Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Combine well. Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. In a toaster or on the grill, toast the burger buns until they're just barely browned. Put together your Funky Earthy Burgers: On the bottom bun, put a lettuce leaf. Then add a burger patty, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, sliced avocado, and a lot of Funky Green Taco Sauce. Put the other half of the bun on top, and your burger is done!
