#full mooning

Full moon tonight. Preparations this time around went rather smoothly. We have the map prepared, our wands stored in safe places. Lily left us some ointments, potions and some other things to help us out for tonight and for the next morning. 

Everyone seems to be in higher spirits today, even Moony who never finds this time of the month his favorite. He's actually been a little bit cheerful through the rare times that the teenwolf angst has shone through. 

Tonight's agenda includes exploring a little deeper into the Forbidden Forest, and finding a nice spot to play 'kick Peter around like a football' or for you Americans, soccer ball. Don't worry, no Wormtail's will be hurt, we've figured out a long time how to do this without injuring him. Maybe some hide and seek. Yeah yeah we're not little anymore, but it does get fun when you're in a big forest and when you're in animal form. Many times we have gotten stuck somewhere. 

Who knows maybe we'll wander back around on the grounds and find some unsuspecting victims to scare a little, hopefully all of the wannabe death eaters.
