I almost want everyone else to stay dead so that her life is preserved.

I think the main reason that people tend to ignore or forget about the other deaths is that they were all introduced on one page at the beginning of this chapter. People have been freaking out about Gray for a week now so they've had more time to obsess and focus on his death rather than the others.

But yes it is a bit sad that Gray is kind of getting all of the spotlight here while there were others dying. I think Macao hit me the hardest because I couldn't stand to see Romeo so hurt like that. ;-;

However, the thing that upsets me the most is how now that Gray is miraculously alive again a lot of people are saying that Ultear saved their ships. Like, really that's pissing me off.

I'm not hating on your ships, but I'm not going to tolerate anyone who treats Ultear's sacrifice as something that merely "saved their ship".

Ultear sacrificed herself to save everyone and to prevent all of this from happening. She was trying to give them all a second chance to avoid all of this emotional trauma and turmoil but the best she could give was a 1 minute reversal. 

She wasn't doing it to save your ship.

She was doing it to save everyone the pain and suffering they were going through.

She was doing it to redeem herself and prove that she wasn't just some heartless witch as she has called herself multiple times leading up to this.

Ultear performed a magic that when she was younger she had sworn off doing because she didn't think her life was worth turning back time because now, everyone else isn't worth her life.

I'm telling you guys, if you don't think that's the ultimate turn around for a character you can get out of my face I love my baby Ultear and no one will change me.

Well whoever's theory that Ultear would be the one to sacrifice her life to save Gray was right. Although I don't think it went exactly the way they thought it would.

But I think it was kinda cool that instead of just saving Gray she tried to reverse time before the gate opened, even if she failed. Let's face it, if she reversed time before the gate opened this entire arc would've been pointless.

Another thing I like about Ultear's sacrifice was that it wasn't just used to save Gray. She saved others and even helped them get ahead of the game. 

Not really happy that she's dead, but I think I would've been more upset if Gray was in her place to be honest.
