Okay on a completely different topic, the current chapter of FT is quite possibly one of the worst chapters written by Mashima. And please do not get me started on that shit called ‘zervis’
Thoughts on FT 509
1. So August tells us that he, Eileen and Rahkeid are “on a different level” than the rest of the twelve.
Jellal is fighting August. Erza is up against Eileen. Kagura is battling Rahkeid.
Does this mean that those three, whose pasts are connected (as mentioned in previous chapters) are also on a different level? They are considered some of the most strongest characters in-universe.
2. Okay, I was pretty shocked when Mavis was affected by Rahkeid’s magic last chapter, ESPECIALLY after it was revealed exactly what Rahkeid’s magic is supposed to be (Really, Mashima? You went that far). But now, to learn that she had a son with Zeref? What the actual fuck?
Mashima better make this good, damnnit. This whole plot with Rahkeid really feels forced and unnecessary, at least to me. I hope it isn’t just another asspull or something.
3. OMG BUT AT LEAST THAT MEANS NATSU AND MAVIS ARE SIBLINGS-IN-LAW!!! <3
