Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced into 1-inch chunks. 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt. 1 tablespoon honey optional for added sweetness. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup sliced strawberries optional for garnish. 1/4 cup blueberries optional for garnish.
Instructions: Put the fat-free Greek yogurt, honey if you're using it, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix well until everything is smooth and creamy. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet or tray. Make sure that each banana slice is evenly covered with the yogurt mixture as you dip it in. Spray the yogurt on the baking sheet and arrange the banana slices on it. No need to: Add a strawberry slice or a few blueberries to the top of each banana bite to make it look better and taste better. The baking sheet should be put in the freezer after all the banana slices are covered and decorated, if you want to. Put the yogurt and banana bites in the freezer for at least two hours, or until they are completely frozen. Once the bites are frozen, put them in a container that won't let air in or a freezer bag that you can seal again. As a tasty and healthy treat, serve these frozen yogurt and banana bites. Have fun!
