A quick and easy way to cook frozen ground beef in the Instant Pot so that it is perfectly cooked and seasoned for many dishes.
Ingredients: 1 lb frozen ground beef. 1 cup beef broth. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Instructions: In the Instant Pot, put frozen ground beef. Cover the beef with beef broth. Add paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef. It's time to seal the vent and close the Instant Pot lid. Press and hold the buttons on the Instant Pot. Set the timer for 20 minutes on high. Do a quick release of pressure when the cooking cycle is over. Slowly lift the lid off the Instant Pot. Use a fork to break up the beef, and then stir it around a lot.
