Ok this speculation is regarding Olaf. I noticed this when I was looking at the leaks and there's something I noticed in the color script and I really hope this doesn't happen.
It's insanely blurry but you can kinda make out the title and it seems to says 'Snow melt'. To make even more mind boggling, you can see Anna holding olaf.
I don't know what to think this could be leading to; it looks like it's after Anna and olaf were in the ice boat and maybe their boat got damaged. Maybe olaf also got hurt in some way and anna has to leave him, which is the reason why she kinda looks so upset. Or maybe it just because they got separated and reunited.
But then I started to think about when Anna sings her solo song when she’s in the cave.
She no long has her cloak on and is by herself.
Vs when she had it on olaf in the boat.
And she also seems to be crying during the song.
Which at first I thought was due to her being separated from Elsa after they found out about what happened to their parents and knows she's now lost.
But then if we go on how the songs are listed on the official soundtrack.
Olaf's song happens before Anna's solo.
So maybe it's possible that Olaf somehow didn't make it. Possibly due to the fall or maybe it’s something that involves Elsa since she created him.
Now as I’m typing this I kinda doubt it since Disney probably won’t kill of a character like him even though this film is more mature, but yeah it’s an honest to god speculation.
