Shelltail - Shelltail is an enby Mountainclan warrior, who loves their boyfriend very much. They are one of the only Mountainclan cats that can fish, and are loved and valued by their clan.

Swanfeather and Moontuft - Swanfeather is a trans molly and Moontuft is her girlfriend. While they retired quite a few moons ago, and serve their clan as an elder, they had many kits as warriors;  Poppymask (Caveclan’s medicine cat), Shorttail (Caveclan’s deputy), Cricketflight and Rushfrost (who has unfortunatly joined Starclan, but not before she had a grandchild, Raventail, who joined the Dark Forest upon his early death). Swanfeather and Moontuft are the Hill territories favorite grandmas.

Willowpelt - Willowpelt is also non-binary, and Treeclan’s deputy. They are a proud parent to their two kits, Pebblepaw and Emberpaw, and support them in whatever choices they make. Kept in high regard by all of the clans, Willowpelt is one of the more friendly deputies around the Hills. 

Dawnmist and Frosttail - Snowclan’s resident kittypet - turned - warriors couple is madly in love. The two toms have been mates since they were both apprentices, and though Frosttail chose the path of a medicine cat, they still share a nest and never leave each other’s side.

Kestrelfeather and Icetail - Kestrelfeather is Treeclan’s sole medicine cat, and thus can’t actually have a mate. However, it is no secret that she’s mates with Icetail, a fellow molly. Due to this, Icetail had kids with Fernwhisker, a tom and good friend of the two girls, to still have kits to raise. Both are very happy and are ready to announce their relationship to the clan soon- knowing they would always have their deputy’s support.

Emberpaw - Emberpaw is Willowpelt’s daughter and a trans molly. She has always had her clan’s support and is happily living as a molly now.

Ice-eyes - Ice-eyes is a trans tom and Caveclan warrior. Though he doesn’t have any interest in taking a mate at this moment, he is seen as a great warrior who has recently been trusted with his own apprentice. 

Roseheart and Rose - The secret lesbian couple with their matching names are the main characters of this story. Roseheart realized she didn’t show any interest in toms, and after meeting the barn cat Rose, that was settled. Frosttail helped her in the process of figuring out her attraction, and now Roseheart and Rose are secret lovers- who may be interested in finding a surrogate tom so they can have kits soon.
