Wallace's flying frog
also known as parachute frogs
This fabulous frogger has huge webbed feet it uses to glide through the tropical rainforests of Borneo and Malaysia.
They live almost exclusively in the trees only coming down to breed and lay eggs.
When threatened or in search of prey, these insectivores will leap from a branch and spread their webbed feet. The membranes between their toes and loose skin flaps on their sides catch the air as they fall, helping them to glide, sometimes 50 feet or more.
